Starbucks - Columbus

The staff are very friendly at this location. I am new to working in the building and I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! Staff members are very quick and efficient. Great service and recommend this location all around!

It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on street parking. Always remember to use the revolving door!

I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, but I have NEVER experienced service as outstanding as I did here! In fact, I haven't encountered such great service anywhere else either. It was genuinely exceptional! My friend and I were having trouble choosing our drinks, and the barista helped us find the perfect options based on our preferences. She was humorous, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly! Although I didn’t catch her name, she called herself “the Alchemist.” We will certainly be returning!

The baristas here are incredibly friendly and polite. They were experiencing some issues with accepting Starbucks cards while they were still in the process of fully opening, but you can still earn your stars by reaching out to Starbucks. Now that they have settled in, they do accept gold cards and other gift cards. The only downside to this location, which is out of their control, is that they cannot accept Star Rewards, much like Starbucks locations inside theme parks and certain other businesses.
