Satori Ramen - Columbus

Got the Kara Kapow! with the lv. 3 spice and it was fantastic. Absolutely love the broth. Want to try their other options ASAP.

Ordered Katsu curry vegan, taste was good and the quantity was more than enough for one more person

The restaurant is more like a mall food court but the food was perfect! I got the brothless Soba and asked for some spice. They can add heat to any meal and it's a 1-4 scale. I got a 1 which I found to be similar to a 5 out of 10 at a Thai place. This might be because I didn't have the broth but I would still be cautious.

I have to say that the broth on the ramen is absolute perfection, but the last few times I ordered, the portion of the meat was extremely small I even ordered and paid for extra meat and it was just a spoonful I am still giving it four stars because I keep going back for the broth and my son absolutely loves the vegetarian ramen. I like it when they use the angel hair pasta. Special request to owner extra cabbage and cilantro options as well.

The food here is so delicious and very authentic. It was exciting to have ramen like me in Japan!
