Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I ordered the Southern Charm burger, well done, with no pink. Unfortunately, it arrived with some pink meat. I also ordered fries and requested a second serving of the bottomless fries halfway through the burger, but I received them only after I had finished the burger. Additionally, we were charged a $2.99 fee for entertainment even though there was no kiosk at our table. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the burger.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! It's by far the best place I've eaten at in a long time. I love visiting Columbus, GA just to dine here!

This is exactly my kind of restaurant. The food was delicious, and our waiter was incredibly attentive. I definitely plan to return soon.

My experience there was great. What I loved were the people who I truly connected with you know who you are. The atmosphere is sometimes hectic, But that happens when you're trying to get things done right and fast for a good experience for your guests. Furthermore, if you leave a bad review think about your overall experience before you post. Sometimes they might be under staff and have to do a lot of things with little to no help! Simply put if you have a bad visit at least let them attempt to make it up and then decide. Everyone deserves a second chance. Love y'all Fam!!!

They have the BEST burgers. Beer is always cold also. But those fries……….yum
