Qdoba Mexican Grill - Columbus

This is the worst customer service i have seen in my life. This store just lost a regular customer. We usually order through the mobile app. We were out of town last week and we decided to order from another location, unfortunately my wife missed to change the location of the store. In less than a minute of placing the order she called the store and spoke with the manager to cancel the order as we were 3 hours away. The manager was very rude and refused to cancel it and he even said the order is ready! She told him i just had the order in less than a minute, how come you have an order of 2 ready! We did not get the order and we will not be back to this store ever. Before running a restaurant try to be polite with your customers. It was never about the money, its all about the customer service

This has to be the best Qdoba I?ve ever been to. Great portion sizes, the food is ALWAYS fresh. That on top of a genuinely great staff, I?m shocked people are ever choosing the chipotle down the street over these guys. If you?re considering your options, trust that you?ll be super pleased with this spot.

I love Qdoba definitely blows away the competition, good fresh food and way more options!

My kids enjoyed the Chicken Queso Bowl , but my Create Your Own Quesadilla was soggy and was hard to eat. it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. the ingredients were good though fresh and they didn't skimp out.

The bowl hits the spot every time. Delivery is always prompt. Beware, the bowls are addictive and taste great. A good way to have a burrito without the bread. Five stars
