The noodles were dry a flavorless and for ice the chicken was dry as well...no utensils as requested

The food was not as fresh as I remember. The veggies were bland and the fried rice was mushy. The orange chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil.

Never again! online family sized order / delivery. they wanted to ask them to include sauces. the employee on the phone told me to ask the driver who picks up their order. I recommended the employee who order online via my panda express account. order came with enough packed spicy to hold for 3 months! this was the result of an angry incompetent employee who should not work with people and should not trust for food. our food was literally undercooked and swimming in too much sauce. I wrote to corporate. in my opinion, this place and location should be in whitehall shut down. Actually, panda express must go out of business or reinvent the high quality of food and personable, well-trained customer service agents that she presents with the market launch. the business that we have in no way today resembles panda express we knew. the company has fallen and landed in the canalization. prices are (as expected) somewhat high due to inflation. when covid 19 hit portions were immediately significantly smaller. not back. does not want freebies, do not want or need to be contacted by companies. take no chance that your eating could make you sick. no guarantee foods treated, prepared and presented to expectations. btw: we observed dirty tables and workers without masks or gloves. they do not welcome the customer at the arrival. they do not consider the customer when they are taking an order, and the most important sanitary protection measures and safe handling are also not available. Columbus locations. they are both insecure and ashamed. hostile environment with angry do not care about employees. avoid them at all cost! panda express must be tent fold and move on.

Great food. only something I would complain about is eating either dry sometimes or cooked over
