O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Columbus

I have to start by praising the service—it was outstanding. Our waiter was fantastic, ensuring our drinks were always full and the bread stayed warm. The food was equally delicious. We indulged in spinach and artichoke dip, which was absolutely divine. We also enjoyed a steak, shrimp, mac and cheese, fries, blackberry lemonade, and peach sweet tea. We will definitely be returning!

Alex was an excellent waitress. The food was enjoyable, but I was surprised that they didn't offer sweet potato fries or handwashing packets. However, they did have some delicious ribs generously coated in sauce.

Our group of 25 teachers gathered for a reunion at O'Charley's in Columbus, GA. Our servers, Ashlei and Lauren, were truly a blessing! They were friendly, courteous, and efficient, and they attended to all of our needs with a smile. Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you, Ashlei and Lauren!

We eat there often. Never had a bad serving of meat there. Always good. But, let me tell you about their new server Ashlee (sp) He is phenomenal. Very friendly, and makes you feel welcomed, not like you are a bother. Food (special request) is always exactly as we requested. Keeps the delicious tea flowing.

I wish I could give this restaurant 100 stars! Every time I bring my family here, we're met with exceptional service from all the staff. Their attention to detail and consistently welcoming atmosphere truly make this place a gem. The salads are incredibly fresh, and the food always comes out piping hot. They also honor military personnel, making it a very family-friendly destination.
