Why have a kitchen visible to customers if all I see are people talking? They were working, but at a minimal level - maybe 2% effort. I would have been less disappointed if I hadn't witnessed them looking confused about how to make Mac and cheese. As for the food, it took a long time (over 15 minutes) and my soup had mushy noodles. The Mac and cheese had unmelted cheese, was extremely dry, and the noodles were undercooked. I have enjoyed Campbell's chunky chicken noodle soup more than this. They should consider removing it from the menu instead of charging nearly $7 for a disappointing meal. It was also very oily and salty. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My partner and I have been loyal customers of Noodles and Co. for a while now, but our recent visit to this location was disappointing. Both of our dishes had overcooked noodles that were chewy and unpleasant. We were in a rush during our lunch break, so we didn't bother asking for replacements. Paying $32 for lunch for two people is not affordable, especially when the food quality is lacking. If you want good value and taste for your money, I suggest dining elsewhere.

I arrived with a moderately large group and unfortunately, the staff only served a few of us because they did not want to put in the effort to take everyone's order. It is disappointing that some people do not take their jobs seriously. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, we were willing to be patient and wait. It was unfortunate.

This location gets orders right maybe 50% of the time. It?s really annoying. Sometimes we order spaghetti dinners for our children when we?ve had long days at work. We sub the noodle for something that we don?t have to cut for them, usually rigatoni.On 4-5 occasions within the past 6 months or so, something was wrong with the order. A side was missing, milk was missing, orthe noodle wasn?t subbed. It costs 20% of the total cost of the kids meal to sub the noodle.. so it?s extremely frustrating togive this location money for nothing. Not to mention it?s not super easy or convenient to request your money back. It?shappened too many times. I?m done ordering from this location. If you can swing it, the one on maxtown/state street does a muchbetter job.

We have visited this restaurant before and I thought I had left a review, but apparently not. We were feeling lazy and decided not to cook, so we ordered online since the restaurant is close by.
