Millions Of Milk Tea - Columbus

I give it 4 stars for two reasons. First, I've tried several green tea drinks, and they have a peculiar taste that I find off-putting. I enjoy their other beverages, but I wouldn't recommend the green tea. Second, I almost applied for a job here but was put off by the fact that they pay employees below minimum wage and depend on tips to make up the difference. I believe that any job where employees interact with customers should pay at least the minimum wage. For this reason, I deducted one star and strongly encourage customers to tip in cash during their visits. The staff deserves fair compensation, and they've always been friendly whenever I dine here. In summary, I highly recommend this place for authentic Taiwanese and Chinese food and their wide selection of non-green tea drinks!

Bad customer service. I don't ask for much, but damn, I felt like the chief worker wanted to hit me. lolololol

I'm sure you won't come back. tees are diluted and poor quality. I ordered green tea for my employees and got a brown sugar tea. I had a lot, but only by considering what I received, I know that this is not a typical brown sugar I expected.

While waiting to get an order, I saw how the man made several drinks and he not only wore gloves; he poured the tee over his own hand as he went into the cup.

Just stay away from this place. Listen, I get mistakes but how you handle the mistakes is what is important to me. And I’ve been to places with horrible customer service because the food is worth it… but, HELL NO!! Food is garbage. My kids won’t even eat it and I have garbage disposals as kids. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I mean they have a 3.5 review rating. Need I say more!
