Mcdonald's - Columbus

The staff at the McDonald's on Bethel Sawmill just brightened my day. A special thanks to Tamara for having them sing the McDonald's jingle at the drive-thru!

I had a quick experience at this restaurant. The woman who took my order—she had adorable dog paw tattoos on her arm—was incredibly friendly. I believe she was also the one who took my order at the drive-thru. However, the staff member who handed me my food didn’t acknowledge me at all; she simply passed me my items without a word and turned away. That was disappointing. On a positive note, the food was hot and fresh, which isn’t always expected at McDonald's these days, so I appreciated that. This visit took place around 2 PM on March 30, 2022.

This McDonald's on the south side of Dublin is one of the most well-managed, clean, and efficiently run locations I've ever visited. The managers are incredibly energetic and supportive of their staff. The dining area is always spotless, and the restrooms are among the cleanest I've seen in any McDonald's. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious, and it’s served to you in no time. I highly recommend visiting the Sawmill/Bethel McDonald's. Prepare to be impressed!
