Longhorn Steakhouse Columbus Whittlesey Blvd

Came here for my 43rd birthday. Everything was perfect. It was nice and calm, clean, and a short wait. Our waitress Latice, was amazing. She should literally train every waitress in town on what right looks like. Never had to ask for a thing. She is a mind reader and extremely kind and personable. The whole experience made my birthday one of the best ever. Thank you Longhorn and Latice!!

Food is always good every time I go. I used the app to see how long the wait was for 2 people and although it showed no wait so I didn't get on the wait list. It took approximately 15 minutes to drive there and had to wait about 30min to be seated. So, I recommend getting on the wait list next time. While I was outside waiting, I checked the app again to see what the wait time is and still showed no wait. I spoke with a few people there waiting and they had been waiting quite a while. This proves that they are not in sync with their app. To be fair It was on a Friday evening and I figured there was a wait. This isn't the only restaurant in Columbus that is not in-sync with their app.

Our steaks were delicious, but they did have some gristle. Service was better than usual. It is usually a 4. Love the atmosphere.

They had to make my burger FOUR times. I ordered it medium with no pickles and onions. First burger came, it was still mooing. The horrified look on the waitress's face said it all. She assured me they would remake it. I wait. Everyone else has finished their meals, plates have been cleared, I'm still waiting. Finally the manager comes over, tells me they overcooked my replacement burger, but he was taking care of it himself, and would package it to go. When he brought it out, it was loaded with pickles, had American cheese (I'd asked for cheddar), and no bacon. It was taken back, the pickles removed and another slice of cheese added. By then, I was so hungry I didn't care that the cheese was wrong and the bacon was missing. I'm just glad I didn't have to pay for it.

First time going to this location. The food was sooooo delicious. And the chocolate cake dessert was just HEAVENLY!! Totally recommended.
