Contribuiți la feedbackI wanted to try this place tonight for the first time since I was eating fish. so my man went and got two meal times for our children and a meal for me (he doesn't eat meere fruit). the biggest problem was the service. eating was not bad, especially because it is what it is. the lobby has closed earlier when she said that she did, and the coworker said that they had broken down the lobster bites. my man has ordered, although they were rude and came home. they did exaggerate that he had to withdraw, because he did not know what I wanted since the meal I asked was hired. I opened the bag and there were only two boxes. we missed a whole meal. a meal for one of my children. my children are young and not patient. I shared the meal in the half while my man tried to call this place. no answer after several try. my man then goes all the way back and we don't live at all near this place. it was a great inconvenience when we wanted to have a relaxing family night with something new to eat. When he came back and explained that we were missing a meal, he was immediately accused of lying. a argument happened because he was not worth being called a sinner, and the worker was persistent that he was above the meal. as someone who worked in eating, I am disgusted by this behavior. first we didn't lie. we had missed a whole friggin meal and had to take us out of our evening to drive back. the whole evening is ruined. a whole family night down, and then to blame for lying above. gas is also not cheap. as a former manager in the food industry, I would never let that happen. you don't treat people like that. I know people are lying and stealing, but just to go on and assume they can't make a human mistake. cmon. it happens all the time. I even missed eating in order. Sometimes you just have to accept that you're wrong and forget something. now this place has lost a possible return customer. no big thing, but I will also make sure that the word starts with this Google review. Nobody should do business here if they treat their customers like that. I'm afraid to feed even this meal to my kiddos, because they know if they were tempting her. so disappointed by the service. it is a shame because eating was really not bad. never again. it was also a friggin like $10 meal. I discussed the purchase $80's worth of crab legs, but not how to cook. not to tear a business and $10 is such a small amount to lose business over. They always get my order wrong whether I pickup or use DoorDash. Never have condiments in the bag even when I specifically request it. A FLY came out of the box last time I ordered. That will be the last time I order there.
Service and eating were good, and although it was my fault not to check a part of my order missing and then no one would answer the phone when I recall. too much to drive for the lobster? food: 5/5
Oreo shake ordered and received an orange float instead. not even during the rush hours. no call or anything if they are out of something, remove the article from the menu or call it.
Fish is good but they never give you enough starter sauce. Lol
