Kfc - Columbus

I've visited this KFC a few times a month, and I typically order either the whole wings or the chicken pot pie. Unfortunately, 9 times out of 10, they are out of one or both of those items. Tonight, I was fortunate enough to find the pot pie available, but when I cut into the crust, the pan was only filled to about a third. Normally, it’s overflowing, yet this time there was barely any chicken. It really frustrates me that I paid $5.79 for such a small portion. I've decided I'm done with this location!

I ordered the 16-piece meal, which is supposed to include 4 drumsticks, 4 thighs, 4 breasts, 4 wings, 4 large sides of my choice, and 8 biscuits. However, what I received was 8 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, and 3 wings—only totaling 15 pieces, and not the correct distribution. We're quite disappointed, and this isn't the first time we've had issues with our order.

The night manager really needs to improve their customer service skills. I couldn't provide a name because they refused to give me my receipt.

The nice lady at the drive through window is amazing,she's great every time we come,she knows who we are,we order pull up,and hey ITS THE NICE LADY,at this point we know are lunch is going to be peerf,she needs 5 stars,food is yummy too.????

My Sister and I got the Bowl Meal and added 2 Biscuit's a piece to our Bowl's. The Bowl's were really hot and fresh. But our Biscuit's were hard and you could definitely tell they weren't fresh. We had 4 Biscuit's with our order, so they should havebeen fresh. Smh.
