Kfc - Columbus

This KFC is hilariously bad. Avoid at all costs. A simple drive through order became listening to someone hot mic about how much they don't care.

Came here to get food for my wife and it was the second KFC that was out of quite a few chicken items which is not a big deal because that is common around bigger cities and I understand that so no complaints from me but luckily I was still able to gether what she wanted minus her honey mustard sauce because I forgot to ask for it LOL. I cannot comment on the food because I didnot have any of it but it sure did smell pretty good. Also both KFCs that I went to were kind and courteous

Not only are they rude here, they also never have anything on their menu. All these reviews say the same thing. Why is nothing being done about the customer service??

Order a Mac Cheese bowl got to the window the lady said we are waiting on popcorn chicken I said that was fine . I?m waiting get my order the Mac and cheese was luck warm like it was sitting in the bowl while I was waiting on chicken . Now when I atethe chicken it was warm to. So how did it get so warm when I was waiting on fresh popcorn chicken?

This was a horrible experience. The manager (in glasses) didn't want to take my order in a walk-up, I was the only one in line and in the drive-thru. She said she is not going back-and-forth, between register, she made get in my car and go to thedrive-thru, she said they don't pay her enough for that. This was around 2 pm, I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl. In the bowl wasMac and cheese along with corn and gravy and popcorn chicken. I told her corn and gravy don't belong there. She said it's onlyone scoop of corn and gravy do come with it. I said but it's a Mac and cheese bowl. Not mash potatoes bowl. So I called A KFC onEast Main Street, he told me I was right, I drove their and he returned that mess for a real Mac and cheese bowl
