Kfc - Columbus

I paid $10 for two chicken breasts. Seriously, KFC? For just $5.40, I can get a chicken breast, a side of potatoes, a drink, and a cookie.

On Sunday, July 10th, I tried to get some fried chicken but was unable to do so. After waiting approximately 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I decided to leave. When I placed my order at the cashier, they informed me that they could provide a box with a mix of extra crispy and regular chicken, but they didn’t have enough to fulfill the order. I accepted that, but then the cashier returned to say they were completely out of chicken and it would take 25 to 30 minutes to prepare more. I ultimately chose to leave without getting anything.

I was looking for a chicken pot pie, but when I went to place my order, a staff member came over to the counter and told me they couldn’t take my order. Then, unexpectedly, they got into their cars and drove off just after 10:10. One was a black Nissan Maxima and the other was a gray Crown Victoria.

Had only one topcake and it was awfully warm/cold not hot at all truthahn tasted old! I don't want to go back. stick to buena vista rd n phenix city. always hot n fresh!

By far the best customer service and quality ever received from KFC.
