Cash has a lovely demeanor; she was very friendly and brought smiles to my children's faces.

The service at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional. My meal wasn't ready when I arrived, and when I politely asked for napkins, the staff acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable. They reluctantly handed me a stack after I insisted, but it felt rude and dismissive. I definitely won't be returning to this place for a meal.

After speaking with the staff at the drive-thru, a manager came over and took our food, apologizing and promising to make it right. We were asked to pull around and wait, but after about 10 minutes, they brought back the same chicken Littles with BBQ sauce sprayed on top. They were cold, and the worst part was knowing they were the same ones we had bitten into earlier because they handed them back to us! We ended up throwing them away and swore never to return. It's unacceptable that they returned food that we had already touched, and it raised serious concerns about their cleanliness and food safety standards. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. I hope KFC's corporate office realizes this location needs food safety training, especially during a pandemic. It’s truly disgusting!

It depends whenever you go what kind of chicken you will get if you go when it's not busy most likely you'll get old chicken but if you go around lunch and dinner time you should get fresh food if we're pretty nice 4 out of five stars

The food was good. This location is usually fast and accurate with your orders.
