The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and organized. It was easy to get to all of the nearby destinations by foot due to the great location. I did not purchase any food or drinks, so I am unable to provide comment on those amenities.

Our group has stayed at this hotel for many years, for multiple days. This year things were far different than the past stays.First was no hot water for a shower on the first day, I had to go down and ask for them to look at it, the second day it was on. Not sure why I had to ask for hot water.After we returned in the first evening and stopped in the hotel bar for a drink with our group before going out for dinner I made the mistake of ordering a Tito's and tonic, that one shot drink was $12 dollars? WOW! Apparently the new management raised the drink prices dramatically also. We didn't hang out there long or stop by after our meal either as we had done in previous years.Second they used to offer a free continental breakfast, mostly we just liked having some coffee in the morning and then would order breakfast. Not a fan of the Kureg coffee that is in the rooms and according to the employees new manager at the helm did away with the free continental breakfast and the free coffee in the morning. That was a big surprise our first morning there. Apparently the prices on breakfast were increased dramatically also, so instead of having breakfast there, as we used to do, we ventured out to another place for a reasonably priced breakfast.We managed thru the remaining days, but will be considering other options next year for our trip.I could understand the prices if this hotel was on the Vegas strip or something but it's not.

This is a great hotel that I do recommend. It was clean and welcoming. You could walk to restaurants and pubs and to see this nice downtown area. I rated a 4 instead of 5 because the hot water wasn't working in our wing and there were no other rooms. I will say the employees were great and the manager was very responsive. I would definitely try staying here again and am certain it would be a 5 star stay.

We celebrate the 4th of July, with family, every year in Columbus IN. For the past several years, we have stayed at the Indigo instead of making the long drive back home. We love staying at this location. The location is very convenient to our family, the downtown shops, and Mill Race park, which we like to visit while in town. On our most recent visit this year, we arrived in town very early in the day so was hoping to check in earlier than the stated check in time. We called and spoke with Kelly. She was super helpful and told us we could check in at any time that day. The rooms are always clean, with plenty of towels and bath products. We love having a small refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. It’s very convenient to have the option of on site breakfast the next morning. We had a very relaxing, enjoyable visit. Special treat we got to visit with Trip the resident dog. What a sweetheart.

Spacious, well appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Housekeeping is excellent. Love the location can walk to a dozen restaurants and plenty of shopping in the downtown district.
