Chipotle Mexican Grill - Columbus

We really enjoyed our first experience in chipotle. burrito and taco were delicious and the employees helped us in our decisions. we recommend it!

Hi. all they need a star ppl to speak and ask how they want their bowl. they make it literally before them. I also try to find out if you shake your bowl or mix with your fork.

My food was good, but the service was not great. a lady who works there who has tattoos (I don't know her name) was very rude in the servier line. I asked for extra steak and she threw like five pieces into the bowl. she kept asking me a question and I was like, “conjure me that you could repeat it,” because she asked the question so quickly and quietly that I could not hear. instead of repeating what she said that she just falls the spoon, looks at me, annoying and goes on to the next customer. I was just in unbelief because it was so rude. she went too fast and had no geduld at all, and they need geduld to work every job in general.

Worst run chipotle I’ve ever been to. Always have to wait 15+ minutes, and the workers are rude. Won’t be back.

Ordered on Grubhub, bowl was half empty and they only had 1 mex-sprite (ordered 2 and recieved 0), then argued with me and Grubhub until we were able to get our full refund (an hour later)
