Chipotle Mexican Grill - Columbus

I placed an online order, but the restaurant never received it. I had an email confirmation, and the girl at the window took my phone to write down the order from the email. However, she didn’t include any meat! All three of our meals had meat in them. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I'm finished with Chipotle!

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to—don't bother! My husband and I were the only customers during lunch, and there were six employees just standing around. It took two minutes for one of them to take my order, as they seemed to be waiting for someone else to step in. When the woman finally took my order, she asked, "What do you want?" with an attitude. I requested chips with my meal, but she told me they were out. Meanwhile, I could see a pile of fresh chips being bagged right behind her. When I pointed this out, she just walked away without responding. My husband then asked for chips as well and was told they weren't serving them that day. The portions were small, and the employees were rude. Save your time and go elsewhere!

I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, and I asked for no beans, corn, cheese, sour cream, or lettuce. Just take a look at the picture. Does that look like what I wanted? It honestly looks like a mess.

I haven't been to this store in a long time and I see why I haven't! I gave it two stars because the young man that was on the line was sweet and the young man at the register was sweet as well. It's a guy in there that looks evil already he has a missing eye or something and he had an attitude when I asked for white rice. The girl on the line she put like a half a scoop in there and I asked her to put more in there she's going to take the scoop, slams it in the rice and slams it in my bowl and says that's double rice I said you're a double lie! Nasty attitude, nasty food the rice was hard, and it just wasn't a good experience. I tried calling several times to get them to answer the phone, and like last year they never answer this time it was a machine the phone rang once and the recording said we cannot answer your call at this time and it hung up!! I don't think I'll ever be back to this location again I see why I stayed away so long! ?

I arrive at the time of pickup. Woman at the window tells me that I don 't have an order at this location. I show her my email confirmation showing that I indeed had a paid order at this location. She left, came back and told me, yet again, that I didn 't have an order at this location... I ask to see a manager. I showed him the confirmation. He tells me, you don 't have an order at this location. I proceed to tell him that the order was placed and money was exchanged and I needed my food. He told me to come inside where he proceeded to make the worst chipotle I have ever had in my life. My wife 's burrito was 90% rice, they forgot the guacamole we paid for, the extra tortilla we paid for, but instead gave us 2 bags of stale chips? He informed me that sometimes people take other people 's food . As in, what, they rush the counter? Or as in YOU gave them MY food without confirmation!? Terrible experience and I want my money back. You charge FAR too much to deliver quality like this. I feel like I got robbed, honestly.
