Chick-fil-a - Columbus

We ordered grilled nuggets and waffle fries, along with a chocolate milk for our 7-year-old, and she was absolutely delighted.

Kevin at the Peachtree Mall location was truly outstanding! I'm very particular about customer service, and he exceeded my expectations! It's rare to encounter excellent customer service, so I believe it deserves to be acknowledged and celebrated. I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10!

I don't mind how long the line is at Chick-fil-A; it could be wrapped around the entire building, and it wouldn't bother me. You won’t have to wait for long, as the line moves quickly. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff at these locations are always cheerful and incredibly friendly, which speaks volumes about how much they value their jobs.

The service was quick and attentive, and the food was served piping hot.

While I have a strong appreciation for Chick-fil-A, I will not be returning to this specific location. My experience here had the worst customer service I've ever encountered at any Chick-fil-A.
