As soon as I entered the restaurant, the hostess informed me that there is a two-hour time limit for seating on the patio. Even if you're still eating and ordering drinks, you'll need to vacate the table after that time. My waitress reassured us that she wouldn’t make us leave, but the hostess insisted we had to go.

We dined at Cap City in Gahanna on June 30th to celebrate our anniversary. I made the waiter aware of my gluten allergy, but unfortunately, this information wasn’t relayed to the kitchen. I was uncertain whether it was the chicken or the salad that caused my reaction until I had the leftovers on July 1st. It’s crucial to ensure that staff takes food allergies seriously—two days of discomfort, three hours each day, is far from enjoyable!

My salad was overly drenched in dressing, the sushi failed to impress, and the highlight of my meal—the olive oil cake with fruit—was ruined because the kitchen didn’t even bother to peel the orange. While our server was pleasant, they consistently referred to our daughter as "him," which was disappointing considering the importance of gender-neutral language. We arrived at 5:30 and ended up staying for more than two hours. What bothered me most was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Our table lamp was dirty and the shade was stained. To top it off, the overhead lights had dead bugs in them. Honestly, restaurants should avoid carpeting for hygiene reasons. Overall, it was another disappointing experience at a Cameron Mitchell restaurant.

Ocean Club at Easton. Very expensive for food that was just 'meh '. I really expected more. Service and ambience were lovely, but our food was bland and tasteless.

Very disappointed in Cap city dinner.. French fries not even hot, coleslaw not very cold. Had the meatloaf sandwich. It was good..
