Burger King - Columbus

I recently attempted to order a Ghost Pepper Whopper meal, but the cashier informed me that they no longer sell it and asked if I had heard them correctly. Frustrated, I left without saying anything and drove to the Burger King on Veterans Parkway, where I was able to order it without any problems. The employees at the Bradley Park location were unhelpful.

Terrible experience! I was waiting in the drive-thru to place my order, and I was the only customer there for 6 minutes. Then another car pulled up on the other side and waited 3 minutes, before yelling for someone to take their order. That driver decided to go to the window and jumped ahead of me. After 8 minutes, my order was finally taken, but I was still stuck behind him. Time dragged on, and when I finally got to the window, I had to explain my order in detail. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot feeling really frustrated. This place needs to improve their service. McDonald's usually has the worst service, but at least they wouldn't let this happen!

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes this morning at Bradley Park. Only one window was open, and the lady there seemed to think we had already paid for our order at the first window. She didn’t seem to realize that someone was working at the payment window. It would be great if they could improve their service because many customers were leaving without their orders.

They play entirely too much from no drink holders to not packing food correctly. I had to drive 13 miles just to get my order corrected and by the time I got there I just wanted my money back. I say get rid of the packer since he/she can't pack orderscorrectly

The food and service were good, however the drink machines were out of almost everything. They also didn't look as if they have been cleaned in a hot minute. The store appears almost fully staffed of newer hires, but they are doing a good job. BK shouldprobably offer pay closer to Chickfila in order to keep the turnover rate lower.
