Borderland Cafe - Columbus

Very pleasant surprise. on the recommendation of a local to lunch. had an excellent service and a fabulous lunch. does not look like much, but was really a tasty bite. the gyro had fritted together with enchilada, which were crushed in homemade enchilada sauce and covered with Mennonite cheese. very tasty

It just astonished me, this little place with such a fantastic menu, from which nothing.

This friendly, clean little gem in columbus, nm recharged my metaphorical batteries for a night return to the albuquerque area. the small but adequate menu had gyros on it! So fortunately I drank good coffee, with two experienced locals plagued and enjoyed an aesthetic and gastronomic delightful gyro sandwich. after this light dinner my chef, adriana I suspect, also the owner, had time to chat with me about traveling to palomas. to come at borderland cafe was wonderful. I'll be back soon.

Loved the place (and open, love the whole city columbus.) this little caffe is a real gem in charming little village. eating is great, prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly and well maintained. I'll be back every time I get through columbus.

Amazing! adriana is the sweetest and the food was delicious. i will always stop here <3
