The ice cream was extremely cold. I specifically mentioned that I did not want it to be too frozen, but the server still gave it to me that way. When he tried to give me more, I reminded him again, but he just stopped halfway through scooping my cone (which was very loosely packed). The portion size was large. My companion ordered a sundae without nuts, but it came with them anyway. They advertised 31 flavors, but in reality, there were only 16. I wanted black cherry, but they only had a basic flavor available. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The ice cream was icy. I specifically asked for no freezer burn but they still gave it to me. When they tried to add more, I repeated my request. Instead, they just stopped scooping halfway through, so my cone was barely filled. The portion size was generous. My partner ordered a sundae without nuts, but it came with them anyway. They claimed to have 31 flavors, but in reality there were only 16. I asked for black cherry but they only had the standard flavors. We will not be returning.

This place has the best ice I've ever had and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately when my daughter’s father and I took our child for ice cream on one of the few visits that he gets to have with her, we did not get any ice cream. This is because upon entering, there was a bunch of water spilled on the floor or leaking from the coolers. I told one of the workers and she said “I’m off work” and she continued working in the background. We were ignored three times and no one would help us. I repeated it again I even mentioned that it again hoping no one would come in and fall. I didn’t want my little one falling either and I’m visually impaired but luckily I have enough sight to have spotted the water. The manager looked me dead in the face and walked away. They would not take our order and they just kept talking amongst thwmselves in the back. One of the workers stopped to complement how pretty my daughter was but then walked away. Finally, we left because we felt that they were ignoring us in hopes that we would just leave so we did.

Closed down at 8pm, website says 10pm. Incompetent manager. Complete waste of time...not coming back.
