Wendy's - Columbus

Eating is always fresh. customer service is terrible, can not even get recognition from the employees when I tell them “thank you” how hard it is to be polite!

I went to this wendy’s september 2. I went to the lobby to command one, and one of the employees told me that the lobby was closed, although the door was unlocked. I think the company should really evaluate the manager because, although I was in wendy’s, they would still not accept my job because they said the lobby was closed. I don't think this place deserves a star, but it's the only way I can leave a message. I do not think I will ever return to this wendys, although it is the closest of my home.

These special wendys has not opened their doors. in the did I don't think that in columbus ga it has open. they seem extremely short-handed, which should not happen. they are hired, but people don't want to work. the service is good despite the lack of employees. Eating was ok...Fries were warm but not hot as they should. hamburger was good and creepy as I like it and drink, it is a drink. nothing special. if they have the time and want to be in the line through the trip thru then you will be in.

The journey was a long waiting period, the cash was not trained right could not get my order right. I had to repeat myself several times, and when I got my order, it was still wrong because they gave me the wrong order. then the nerve had asked me to receive a reception they never gave me of that. we all know that restaurants do not give a quitting because they know that they are missing and they do not want the customer to prove their chaos. just as if they wait for them after 2 minutes drive, so they can keep the ride waiting time and then their order with several other people who pulled them.

Went to this wendys about 10 mins ago asked for no onions both sandwiches had onions my drink was carbinated water management was rude also working window and the girl bagging my food was stuffing her face with food at the same time not sanitary at all she had white nails with black smily faces and her nails had food on them from her eating yet she was bagging food this place is gross and ill never go back
