This used to be a great bbq place our last two visits were saddening!!! Spent $30 for two people ended up with two fat filled FattyQ sandwiches! Not sure if it?s their meat or just the fact the cook doesn?t know how to prepare it? who knows not to mention the kid worker there spraying cleaning chemical on the table right next to us while we ate. not only could you smell and taste the chemical id almost be certain it ended up on our food spraying that close to us! So with this experience we won?t be going back if I can help it!!!

Perfect bbq AND sauce! My ladies and I shared a HALF ORDER OF THE BBQ chicken nachos? mmmmmhhhmmmm? get those first before you order food! There?s your warning! ? The okra was perfect, you can taste the okra and the batter stick to it! The onion rings were super crispy and light. Catfish was fresh, crispy, flaky and full of flavor. Green beans were the country style French but the way they prepared them gave them a little umph !! My friends got a bbq sandwich and they cooked the fries just enough to make them the perfect kinda crispy. Chopped steak, Potato salad, and coconut pie on the other? very much an upgrade on the classics! A fantastic bbq experience and that?s coming from a Texas girl who doesn?t eat at bbq places very often. This one? I?ll be returning. Oh yeah, you know I gotta plug it for the staff? friendly and pretty too!

Fresh, delicious, juicy, and huge for a VERY reasonable price...Also, we can't resist taking pieces of their tasty homemade pies home for dessert. Casual atmosphere, very friendly staff, lots to choose from, enjoy sitting outside when weather is nice.

Be careful with the pricing at this place wife and I ordered two meat and three plates and the up charges on the menu were hidden and not even accurate. Two meat and threes cost us $45 dollars. I was confused when I looked at the receipt so I asked the cashier and she explained that prices went up and the whole concept of premium vs regular sides. I pointed to the hard copy of the menu on the counter which indicated that the fries were included in the three and she rudely said our prices went up. I get it that times are tough but it's nor excuse to engage in deceptive pricing practices. We visit weekly and never had this happen before. It will be a while before we go back.
