Starbucks - Alabaster

I have to say, my experience at this Starbucks location has been incredibly disappointing. It's a shame, as I really value a good customer connection. Today was my last visit. I spent a few hours working in the café and ordered a drink through the mobile app. When I received it, I noticed it was only half-full. I requested a remake, and the staff asked if I wanted whipped cream, as if that were the reason for the small amount. When they remade the drink, they simply called out "remake" and then hurried away from the handoff counter. The standards here, both in drink quality and customer interaction, are shockingly low. I will definitely be steering clear of this location in the future.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks among the three locations. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors, so you can enjoy your time without feeling cramped.

Came through the drive through. One time the worker told me I ordered wrong because I said the drinks name before I said the ingredients. Ok. So I go through today, say the ingredients, get interrupted to know what caramel drizzle. No problem. Finish the drink ingredients for the baby Yoda. Get to the window expecting caramel crunch crunchies and get black something on top. And just realized no drizzle on the cup and that's what she interrupted me for.Disappointed on a $6 drink.

My favorite Starbucks by far! It's such an awesome place to come study. All of the workers are so patient and kind, and my drinks are always 10/10. The bathrooms are clean every time (hard to find at public establishments) and the music is good too!

This Starbucks is just literally the best Starbucks ever, every single time I go they get my order perfect and the customer service is just top-tier. All the other Starbucks kind of messed up my order because it's very specific but this one is just above and beyond and absolutely amazing. I'm not sure what the lady's name was but she had a Cheshire cat tattoo and she was just fantastic!! even though it's early in the morning and my order is kind of odd and picky they never have a problem and are always just so unbelievably kind!! <3
