The Circle - Columbia

My brother recommended this restaurant to us, and we were warmly welcomed and seated. Our server was excellent. However, we quickly noticed that the prices were higher than average. Although the food was well-prepared, it didn’t stand out as much as the prices would imply. We have a few local steakhouses that offer a more memorable dining experience for similar prices. That said, the restaurant was clean and had an interesting atmosphere, and our server made the experience more enjoyable. We would almost consider returning just to see her again.

We aimed to have a great meal! I ordered the blackened chicken salad while he had the salmon with broccoli. Both dishes were delicious, and we left feeling satisfied but not overly stuffed!

We were actually part of a private party eating up, but eating was excellent and server was great. my steak was very good as the rest of the meal.

I took my family here for a meal. The experience was average I’d say. Waitstaff was good and attentive; recommendations were helpful. Entrees were a little on the high side for the food quality. Several orders of the brisket plates had lot of gristle. Quite a few normally included sides add a few bucks to your meal price. There were eight in my group, four were children ten and under, who got identical orders. STS hit us with a “large group” service charge and expected a tip besides see Tip line on your receipt). Quite audacious! This wouldn’t be a favorite place but I’d come again, order very selectively and it at two tables ?

A great place for a great meal. I had grilled shrimp with roasted vegetables, along with the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. All were cooked to perfection. The cheesecake is great, too. Friendly, efficient staff. Free wi-fi and 3 large-screen TVs kept me entertained while I dined alone. I will be back.
