Starbucks - Columbia

I've put a mobile job for broadway and fairview, but don't care to get my order to broadway and brickton. I came in broadway and fairview and gave them my name and mak said they had no job for me and asked if I could double check the location of the load. I was at the wrong place, but she ordered mt and I was a more satisfied customer. you are a star?

Employees are absolutely miserable here. I’m sorry but my drink cost $10 so if it’s made wrong I’m going to speak up. Keep in mind I am always super polite and I don’t appreciate having a side of attitude served to me every single time I come to this location it’s absolutely ridiculous if you’re that miserable with your job then get a different job where you’re actually gonna be polite and give good customer service!!!! It’s been to many times that I finally had to leave a review. Tired of the disrespect when I ask to have my correct order.

Whoa. Some of these 1 star reviews got me laughing SO hard. Bunch of entitled little whiny ‘adults’ — #GetOverYourself — Anyhow., most everything about my encounters with this store have been nearly flawless. My only minor complaint would be: the last two times I’ve ordered a vanilla latte, I’ve only gotten a regular latte. Meh, it’s no big deal. I’m not going to pull out my whiners are us card and start blasting the reviews with my clearly established insecurity issues. I just shut up and drank the coffee.
