Jacob and Gabe are amazing. These young men are life-savers. After a long day, they are always there for me. The best Smoothie King in Maryland, and they kept the store open for me. Very respectful.

Order two smoothies today fri oct 29 2021). delivery time was specified 2:58p. long disappointing frustrating story short. was delivered via the wrong address. not my problem) and manager will not be until Monday (1 november 2021)! and zander, with whom I spoke, has not enough initiative to make a decision. first and last time to promote this business! However, I propose some customer service training. I'm gonna call you negatiw. I couldn't post without at least one star. bad customer service.

I just started working in Columbia and I was exited To know that a smoothie king was super close to my job! I’ve been here atleast 3-4 times since working out here ! First of all the costumer service is straight up pathetic ! Every time I have called every person who has answered the phone sounds like they are picking up their personal phone. They are always MONOTONED AND SOUND LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. Today I went there and there was an African American female at the cash register (low pony tail with part down the middle). She greeted all the white customers with bright eyes and preppy voice but as soon as I walked up she gave off a very unpleasant greeting. She gave me my total asked me “cash or card” very annoyed and before I could even tell her card she turned and walked away. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt. She called out EVERYONES order by the name of the item or items. When it was my turn my back was facing the counter over by the door the same girl that took my order said “here you go” put it down on the counter and walked away.. I said “oh is this for me” only because I didn’t want to pick up someone’s order! She replied AGAIN WITH HER BACK TURNED WALKING AWAY “yeah”. She snatched my receipt out of the machine balled it up and threw it in the trash. This is very disheartening to be treated so poorly especially by my own people. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this location ! Every staff in there has nasty attitude problems.
