Mcdonald's - Columbia

I order a caramel frappe every weekend in the morning and I always ask for an extra shot of espresso and usually extra caramel drizzle... this time I only asked for the extra shot.. it's obvious there's no shot of espresso in it at all but plenty of caramel. I would just like to get what I ordered and paid for. Also.. I've ordered the bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle every weekend as well and the bacon is always half raw...I didn't take a picture every time because I just figured it was an accident or whatever the first couple of times but it's raw once again... and btw... you can look and see that I hardly ever leave reviews..even if I've had a bad experience but this is almost every single time and I've only been backhere going on 3 weeks.

If I could give no stars I would. Went in to eat and ordered from one of the kiosks. Plainly chose Eat In , took a number, put it in, sat and waited. A few minutes later they called out a number that was ready which I did not know was ours because our receipt printed out blank. Went up to the counter, my food was thrown together in a bag instead of put on a tray and left there for just anyone to grab. My husband 's double big Mac had burnt hamburger patties on it and both our sandwiches were cold. The store was completely nasty and dirty inside. Not a single clean table, ketchup all over the floor, no napkins by the fountain drink machine which a manager had just walked out and seen herself but I still had to ask for some, the ketchup out of the dispenser was almost like water, I could go on. Needless to say I will be making a phone call to corporate tomorrow morning and will not be back in COLUMBIA KY MCDONALDS!!! Let 's not mention the managers butt was hanging out of her pants and as we were leaving one of the cooks was coming out of the bathroom drying her hands on her pants and shirt.

They are extremely slow. We just sat in the drive through for 45 minutes and still did not move so we left. Either get your act together or shut it down period!!!! Stop wasting the public’s time.
