To top it off, when I took my first bite, I found the strips were quite dry. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were incredibly generous and replaced my order without hesitation. The new dish was delicious! The staff truly deserve five stars for their service, and I happily tipped them as generously as I could. However, take my advice and don’t make the same mistake I did—always opt for the Combo or Bone-In Wings as your first choices. If you must choose, go for the drumsticks, but skip the strips. (Please don’t take this as an opportunity to exploit the system. The staff genuinely go above and beyond, and I’m confident they can tell whether you truly enjoyed your meal or not.)

I visited for lunch on a weekday around 11:30 AM and was seated immediately without any wait. I ordered the Bibimbap from the lunch menu, and my friend got the same dish. We also shared the takoyaki appetizer. The service was excellent; the staff wore masks and were very attentive. Plus, parking was convenient and free since it's located in a mall parking lot.

What really frustrated me was seeing people who arrived after me being served and even finishing their meals before I got my order. At 12:50 pm, I went back in to ask how much longer it would be, and they informed me that it still wasn’t ready. When I mentioned I had been waiting for so long and that others who ordered later had been served, suddenly my food was ready in under a minute—and they even forgot to include my coleslaw. I feel like I’m spending my money and supporting a business, and I should be treated just as well as those who are dining in.

Must be a hit or miss with this place. I?ve eaten here several times prior and the food was pretty good. Today I ordered a family meal for dinner, half soy and half plain for pick up. Spent a little over $50. I arrived home and discovered the chicken was absolutely horrendous! There was NO SEASONING on the chicken and there was no difference in taste in the plain or soy. It just all tasted like old chicken grease. The chicken legs were extremely hard as well. The manager did offer a full refund by way of the cashier(he didn?t get on the phone and actually speak to me). The cashier offered a sincere apology which was appreciated. But I still have to go back out and get an edible meal for the family! The quality of the food was bad overall. Extremely disappointing experience.

When you have enough of thanksgivings food, this is the right place to treat and awaken your taste bud again! Wait time starts from 20 mins and may go longer during weekends nights or another special occasions. As long as you have a seat, you can wait comfortably and have enough space with tables or customers next to you. We were there on weekdays, and the wait time still around 25+ minutes. 5 Stars for comfortable dining out experience, safety precautions for the customers. Once you put your order in, be prepared for another level of fried chicken! 5 Stars for juicy and crunchy fried chicken, if you like spicy their spicy level will knock you out at first but you'll be craving for more and more! Must order their coleslaw as sides, their coleslaw mix taste very delicious, very fresh and different from other coleslaw we knew. Our order details: Medium combo half and half chicken, 5 drumsticks and 10 wings with coleslaw as side. Korean taco with spicy chicken. This one is a must try item! Steam rice. Our lil one enjoys 2 fried chicken and still licking for more after finishing the meal. for restaurant, please continuously checking on the restrooms cleanliness and fill out for soaps if possible. You're doing amazing job!
