Bagel Bin Deli - Columbia

I ordered online directly from their website, but after waiting in a long line, I was told that the business hadn't received my order. They didn't offer any help. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The food is good and the service is decent, but the restaurant desperately needs an update. The bright fluorescent lights create a stark atmosphere, and the worn-out booths give off a shabby vibe. A little redecorating and a fresh coat of paint would greatly improve the environment.

I ordered a basil pesto bagel, but they forgot to include the egg.

I believe this restaurant has some great offerings, but sadly, I can't speak to them personally. I placed an order through DoorDash for a bagel with cream cheese, which was clearly labeled as such. They did have wheat listed as a bread option, so I assumed it meant a wheat bagel, and I went ahead and ordered that. However, what I received was simply cream cheese on toast. If I were working there, I would have reached out to the customer to confirm the order, as it's uncommon for someone to order just cream cheese on toast.

In short, their breakfast bagel egg sandwich is simply outstanding, no matter how you customize it. My personal favorite is the supreme bagel with sausage, egg, and American cheese. It’s clear that their bagels are exceptional as well. Everything on the menu is fantastic! They've recently introduced online ordering, which I wish could earn them an extra star if that were possible. I absolutely love this place!
