Wendy's - Columbia Heights

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash this morning. When I went through the drive thru, I was told to pick up my order inside. There were 2 staff members, 1 man 1 woman. They both ignored me at first. Finally the woman asked me what I wanted. I mentioned DoorDash; she pointed behind me and stormed off. The food tasted fine, but about half an hour after eating, my partner and I both started having severe abdominal cramps, nausea explosive diarrhea. I’ve made a complaint to corporate.

Same food as always. Not their fault. Workers did fine, Carpet is a total wreck. Bathrooms smell like a cat hoarders house. Speaking as a hvac guy who has been in those houses. The plumbing is barely holding together and falling off the walls.The place needs a big remodel.

You know what passes me off when you pay for a Dave's double combo meal and and end up with a single combo meal. Don't think I will ever go back

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. We did a mobile order, arrived and walked in. I sent my husband to the front to pick up. The female just stared like she had an attitude with the world. He let her know we had a mobile order. She walks away and started to slap the food in the containers , tossed in the bag . Then threw the bags on the counter. My husband had to remind her for the drinks. So maybe a five step walk to our table and we open the bag. Everything was cold and old looking. I mistakenly order spicy nuggets instead of a regular six piece. So I bring them up to the counter and she just stares at me, gives me a rude look and goes and hides behind a wall. Her coworker was nice and let her know I was at the front. She doesn’t come at all. So he does and switched out my nuggets. While he kindly done that for my daughter. She goes and looks at the order screen. Proceeds to tell me I ordered spicy and it wasn’t wrong. I told her it was my mistake that I ordered wrong. Her coworker comes up with my nuggets.I thank him and wished him a happy day. After we tried to eat the food but ended up just throwing it all out. I walk to the front desk and asked for the lady’s name while she was leaning with her arms crossed and just kept looking away. About five employees and a manager an no one would give me a name. So I am deciding to go to cooperate for my issue. Everything about that place was just negative. Do not recommend going to this location if you’re seeking fresh food or good customer service

I ordered two large meals and not only was one meal entirely wrong, instead of giving me 2 large fries they tucked a medium under the large.
