The service is fantastic, and the staff members are all very friendly and cheerful. It's a wonderful place to dine!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The hamburger was cold and lacked any flavor, while the pork tenderloin was slightly tough. The fries were also served cold. The highlight of the restaurant was the cashier, who is a foreign exchange student from Hungary; she was very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the place was quite disappointing.

Then, both she and her supervisor came out to sweep the floor, insisting on going under our table while we were still seated — something I've never experienced at a restaurant before. The whole situation seemed to stem from the fact that it took 19 minutes for us to get our food, and it likely would have taken even longer if I hadn't inquired about it. Our food was just sitting there waiting to be delivered, and by the time we received it, it was lukewarm. Additionally, they close the lobby half an hour before actual closing time, and they make it clear that they want customers out promptly. The manager announced that the lobby would close in 10 minutes and instructed the staff to lock the doors at that time. To make matters worse, one of the restrooms was out of paper towels. My nephew chose this restaurant, having been excited about it all day, and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to his expectations at all. Clearly, this reflects poor management. Having managed a restaurant myself, I would never allow my staff to interact with customers in such an unprofessional manner.

Always friendly and great service, even when it's packed! They really know how to appeal to customers. It's rare to find places that provide such excellent service during busy times. Plus, I loved that the cashier was wearing a Raiders jacket. Thank you!

I waited in line for at least 20 minutes, ordered food for the family (4 people). I finally got the order and it was incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke with a female in charge that afternoon. She argued with me on the items ordered. I was told that we got the food we paid for and she would not give us free food , referring to the food we ordered and didn 't receive. So the issue was we didn 't receive the items we ordered, we received food that we didn 't order and the manager was unwilling to correct their mistake. Her excuse was we got the food we payed for...but the food we paid for was not the food we ordered. Terrible service! I was really wanting a Coney dog with chili ? never happened, my wife didn 't get what she wanted. We ended up with 5 A&W floats, for the 4 of us...IDK what to say but keep this up and you probably won 't stay open much longer.
