Five Guys - Columbia County

I have a really hard time wrapping my head around paying $31 for 2 Little Cheeseburgers, a small fry and 2 regular drinks. There are plenty of other options for a good burger in the Augusta area that cost less.

Attempted to go to five guys at 9:15 PM on a Friday night. As we walked in, passing the 25 bags of french fries we got to the counter. When placing the order the cashier told us “we’re out of fries”. We asked what the 25 bags of fries we being used for as we walked in… her answer was “we are closing up soon”. Meanwhile, we see the other employee dropping fries in the grease for the person before us that had made an order. If your posted business hours are “open till 10:00” you should serve customers until then.

Very expensive,, both drink machines dispensed sour soft drinks with visible mold in drinks.Times have changed, avoid this location.

Ordered online for pickup, 3 cheeseburgers... 2 were double patty with bacon and 1 was a single. They had everything ready at pickup which was 11 minutes. Great dinner!

Excellent burgers all around. Service was excellent.... Just kind of expensive. $32 for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 small fries.
