Zapata Mexican Taco Shop

The Mexican food here is excellent, reminiscent of the delicious fare from a taco truck. I appreciate that they include a bit of beans in the tacos. The service is prompt, and the quality of the food is top-notch. My favorite aspect has to be the salsa bar. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for lunch!

These are the best tacos in Colorado! I’m originally from California and have sampled some amazing tacos there, so I haven't yet found one that I absolutely adore. While I'm not completely blown away by this place, it's definitely the best taco spot I've tried in the state so far.

During my most recent visit, I politely informed the unfriendly guy who took my order about this issue and asked if he could ensure that they included sour cream and cheese this time. He seemed to understand but didn't communicate with the three guys in the kitchen, even though I was the only customer there, and ultimately ignored my request. When I got home, I was disappointed to find another dry burrito without sour cream or cheese. Once again, it was not as advertised. Additionally, the portion of guacamole was noticeably smaller than usual, and for $5.95, it felt like a rip-off. Overall, I ended up paying over $21 for a dry burrito, chips, and a tiny side of guacamole, all served with a side of attitude. It's frustrating and disappointing, and I'm left feeling like I was taken advantage of.

We enjoy our experiences here. Great queso, margarita, tacos, and breakfast burritos! I imagine everything is good here it's worth checking

The food is so good and the portions are generous. I loved the quiet atmosphere, it was nice to be able to visit with a friend whom I hadn't seen in a long time!
