The Burrowing Owl - Colorado Springs

We've made a few visits to this restaurant and have finally settled in, discovering some favorites on the menu. Now, we eagerly look for any excuse to head to the springs just so we can dine here! I highly recommend the 7-shift dip—it's spectacular. They also have a great selection of kombucha, available by the glass or in growlers! The decor is intriguing, featuring mostly vintage beer illustrations. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining, and consistent in their service.

They absolutely love this place and are also big fans of their second restaurant, "Fern's." Both offer fantastic food and outstanding service!

Atmosphere is wonderful, extensive taplist and bar selection. Overall, most of the food I had here is quite mediocre....but is so nice to have a place in cos where a vegan can order everything on the menu.

After two weeks on the road attending work conferences with nothing but salad buffets, I was incredibly hungry. This restaurant turned out to be an unexpected oasis. The food was excellent, the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was welcoming with great people. They offered hearty vegan options with plenty to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Very fun place for dinner! Great vegan food and super friendly staff. I got the Tuesday special chimichanga and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m in town.
