Texas Roadhouse - Powers

I made a call a head and was told 5-15 minutes, followed the protocol and replied upon arrival, 25 minutes past the 15 minutes I checked with the host that told me it would be another 20 minutes as there system was not working so maybe I'll check back in a couple years if ever.

It was a bit of longer wait for our food, longer than usual. But we always enjoy the ribs and the service. Because of the crowd, the restaurant is not paying much attention to the cleanliness of the restroom.

Well that’s the first and last time I ever get Texas Road House to go. Steak was suppose to be medium rare yet was actually cold in the middle, cold broccoli not fully steamed and tasted old and the photo is the “Loaded Mash Potatoes”with barely l any cheese or sour cream that came with it, yet they charge extra for. Honestly this location use to be one of the best however even the last time I was dinning in I had a piece of the grill brush in my steak, yet the manager didn’t do anything about it. I’m getting to the point where I try to limit where I eat out because it’s always disappointing. I honestly could have cooked a better steak myself for $20.

I usually come here with no issues, but I came in during kid's night on Monday which was fine. It was nice to see the hired Disney princesses here. I got a 6 oz sirloin with shrimp and asked the steak to be cooked medium. Instead I got rare, which was not too big of a deal for me. However, toward the end of my meal I began to feel extremely sick and ended up running to the bathroom to throw up. I had gotten pretty bad FOOD POISONING from something on my plate either the steak or the shrimp and ended up puking the next morning, and feeling nauseous for DAYS. I hadn't eaten anything that day except Texas Roadhouse, and hadn't eaten anything since the night before either. Horrible experience here.

Eating was good, a little slow to get out, but we had a big party. will you have come back? food: 3/5
