Steakhouse At Flying Horse

I love brunch, lunch and dinner here! I still have a bad experience! This place is fantastic, the outside seat is perfect on warmer days and the dining room is ideal for special occasions. 10 of 10!

Our wedding sample was excellent at the Steakhouse at Flying Horse in Colorado Springs. From the beginning with Diane Bice, the staff was professional, friendly and made our event unforgettable. The friendly and personal nature of Diane lets me return to enjoy the ambience and pleasant smile and inviting character. We had 25 families and friends in the Rotunda and during the COVID, it was the perfect setting with access to the outdoor terrace. It was a perfect setting for the Pikes Peak and the front area. The food was fantastic... gourmet type brunch food and well played and covered/served. The **** Mary and Mimosas were also a welcome touch to the day and we never ran out. Overall a fantastic brunch— I recommend organising your event at the Steakhouse at Flying Horse.

We had delivered this to NYE in our room at the lodge. Our fillets were perfectly cooked, and the season on them was on-point. Really nice delivery guy and loved the delivery cocktails. Can't wait to eat here again.

So, this is not technically a five-star restaurant. Not by a long run. However, it has become one of our favorite Sunday lunch destinations. The atmosphere is really nice. Service has been fairly consistent with a few exceptions. Those exceptions have been quite poor, but I’ll choose to not let them distract from my review. Food has been very good and consistent in quality. Atmosphere is great. I give five stars despite the inconsistency with the servers and hostess.
