Starbucks - Colorado Springs

My java chip mochachino tastes like baking chocolate it is terrible daughter coffee tasted like a milkshake instead of coffee away too sweet also horrible cough

Ordered an Oat Milk Late for delivery food was cold, my drink did not have any of the extras that I requested online and paid for including the sweet cream. There was no ice at all and my drink wasn’t cold. Photo was taken after maybe 5 minutes or less of me opening the delivery bag and taking it out.

This particular location, Hancock and Academy has the best staff! I am a everyday early morning visitor and this location has 2 ladies there that work mornings that are just absolutely wonderful! They know my order as soon as I start talking (drive through). They are always happy and always very kind. I start my day great after visiting them and getting my coffee! I once in awhile visit in the afternoon or evening and actually did yesterday to find out the evening staff are also very wonderful! There is a younger gentleman that was working Drive-through and had the most addictive smile and super awesome personality, I was very pleased with my evening visit. I was with my grandson(4) and he asked if he could have a small cup of whipping cream.....(normally a pup cup I believe) but what kiddo doesn't love a big squeeze of whip cream also!!! Made his entire evening. We left in a great and silly mood with whip cream all over my grandbabies face! Lol I absolutely love this location's staffing choices, whoever does the hiring, has a great sense of people and their personalities! One of my favorite places to go, always greeted with a smile and always leave with a smile. Thank you to all the staff at the Hancock and Academy location. ?

Too rich for me I would rather go to Dutch Bros. But Starbucks is good

Staff was friendly and the drive thru line moved decently well. Chai latte was good, as usual. The iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato was awful. It has a strong chemical taste, and I found no enjoyment in it whatsoever. I desperately wanted to like it, as it sounds and looks delicious (in the stock photo). I tried stirring, since there’s a thick layer that just sits at the bottom. I don’t know if it was made improperly or if that’s just how it is, but I was so sad to spend money on a drink that made me gag with every taste. Rarely do I find something to be unpleasant, but this was definitely unpleasant.
