Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

After we were seated, the server took our drink and appetizer orders, but we waited over 20 minutes for the appetizer to arrive. When it finally came, the food was just dropped on the table without so much as a word—no "Can I get you anything else?" or even a smile. It made us feel very unwelcome. When our main orders arrived, the fries were ice cold, and the bacon on my burger was raw. We also asked for mayo and ketchup, but all the ketchup bottles were empty. We didn't receive the mayo until we were almost finished with our meals. The manager was nowhere to be found, and when I requested a drink refill, it took at least 15 minutes to arrive. I even asked for malt vinegar, and the server responded with, "What?" in a very dismissive manner. To top it off, many tables around us were dirty and remained that way throughout our visit. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend dining here.

I went out for some burgers recently. My husband and son ordered the black and blue burger, which looked fantastic! I opted for a smaller burger and was disappointed to find it was a nicely made patty but lacked flavor—my mistake. The endless fries were a highlight, as always! For dessert, we had the donut tower, which came with a creamy chocolate pudding dip and caramel—it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend the dessert!

My first time trying red robin and it was absolutely mind blowing. From the service to the food. 10/10 , would recommend!!!!

I placed a takeout order and while the food was decent, they forgot the extra fries we had requested, so I had to return to pick them up. When I got home, I discovered that they also left off the chili from the chili cheeseburger. The staff seemed overwhelmed and quite disorganized. This is the second time we've encountered major mistakes with our takeout orders here, so it will be a while before we consider going back.

Holy good astonishing had the scorpioburger. I fell in love with it. if they like a little spicy and a kick, it's perfect. server was absolutely amazing and the manager was super enough to go us some of the scorpion sauce. I can't wait to go back and get another one. the soße was perfect for immersing the groundless fries. I went to the breakfast burritos, the next morning went perfectly on her. must be filled and sold. I'd buy it in the case.
