Omelets Etc - Colorado Springs

Once again, I had a fantastic experience at Omelets Etc. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the food quality is outstanding. I highly recommend trying the sausage links—they're flavorful, juicy, and absolutely delicious. We often choose this spot for breakfast on weekends, and occasionally during the week when we have a little extra time. There’s plenty of seating available, and I’m always pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices on the menu.

A cozy spot in the lovely north end of Colorado Springs. Even though it was Sunday at noon, it wasn't too busy. Our server, Alex, was very personable, and the entire restaurant exuded a friendly diner atmosphere. The food is affordable, straightforward, and delicious. My wife and I enjoyed a great lunch for under $25, which included a Mexical Omelette with Country Potatoes, two pancakes, and a Chicken Spinach Salad.

This is definitely one of the best brunch spots for your money in the area! The service was excellent, and even with the restaurant being very busy, the food came out quickly. The quality of the food was outstanding, and considering the price, it’s absolutely worth it.

There is a real hometown family feel in this restaurant, but the professionalism and excellent customer experience shine over some of the best names brand chains. Excellent food, excellent taste, excellent service, more than you can ask.

This is a lovely place! We’re visiting Colorado and decided to stop here for breakfast. The place was packed yet we got seated immediately and got our food in a reasonable time. Service was wonderful too! We got the Frankie Omelette, the Meat Lovers Omelette, the Waffle with Bacon, and buttermilk pancakes on the side. It was delicious! Loved the Frankie Omelette, especially with the hot sauce they provide at the table. The pancakes had a great flavor, highly recommend them! Overall, will be coming back next time we visit.
