It is expensive for the amount of food you get. They charge $14.60 after taxes for a Poke bowl they called big, but actually was quite small, and then I asked for a tip about it for my togo order. I'm still hungry. I eat Poke every week when I travel, but that was probably the most expensive Poke Bowl I still paid for. Many of my favorite pool places also include the seaweed salad and avocado with the bowl, but this place costs extra for this too. All in all, it was over $20 out of the door for a small bowl that left me hungry. I would have a nice sit-down restaurant with table service for that.

Think... Japanese Burrito Bar. It has set up like one of the other Burrito sites... get your protein and your fillings. Great idea and high quality food. I'll be back soon. Maybe. I see you there.

Holy cow the Poke Bowl here is amazing and healthy! It hit the place. The wrong soup is really good. There are high chairs and a children's dinner. Many seafood options not try their sushi roles, but the variety of roles look good. It was a little for the amount of food, but it is quality seafood in Colorado. I enjoyed it, but I'm a little hesitating to go back because of the small portion sizes.

Good quality food. Super friendly staff. A great place to eat. Small expensive but high quality food. There are only a few things I would like. Once I had a sushi burrito in Las Vegas and they used a flour tortilla. I wish more places would have this option especially Ninja Express. I also wish they had shrimp empura for their roles / Burrito. Add flour tortillas and shrimp tempura and it would be 5 stars.

Quick made sushi burritos and/or bowls custom made to order with a stamp of approval from an island girl (I'm originally from Hawaii). As soon as you walk through the door, there's Hawaiian music playing. And, shortly thereafter, we were greeted with aloha spirit as they explained the entire process. After we were done ordering and paid for our meals, they told us about their rewards program and the Tuesday specials. I love and support small and locally owned businesses like these. This great and cool concept restaurant made our food fast and with friendly service.
