Kfc - Colorado Springs

One star isn't low enough for this place. I live just down the road and have experienced some truly disappointing meals here, especially the chicken, which often looks sad and unappetizing. The food is never crispy. I keep telling myself to stop coming back, but tonight was the final straw. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru had such an unfriendly demeanor before I even placed my order that I just couldn't bring myself to support a place like this anymore.

At 6:30, we went to order a 16-piece chicken dinner, but they only had enough chicken for an 8-piece meal. The staff didn’t know how long it would take to get more or where the nearest KFC was located.

I honestly don't understand why I keep giving this place more chances. It's close to my workplace, and I love KFC, but every time I go, it's a disappointment. There's always a long wait, and the food is either wrong or not fresh. I just spent 25 minutes waiting for three meals and some cheese curds. It's just not worth it anymore. I'm done.

Eating was good and correct, except the mountain Dew-Flott was from sirup, so that didn't taste too good. the service was okay, the humanity rushed us, everything in everything was good.

I don’t know but it seems that this kfc is cutting the breast pieces in half!! Pieces are smaller and you can cut yourself on the cracked bones where they are cut. Also the chicken legs are smaller!! And the meals cost more!! What a ripoff!!!
