Hatch Cover - Colorado Springs

Chicken parmesan was good although the server didn't know the difference between spaghetti noodles and linguine. The pork sandwich which I believe is called the spinner was a little fatty. Overall the food was very good as usual.

The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the waitress wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. Aside from that, we had a wonderful time!

This spot is a fantastic hidden gem! I tend to arrive late, but the staff is always friendly and straightforward. The prices are quite reasonable, especially during Happy Hour when you can grab some beers or get a bucket. I usually order the wings, and they are probably the best in town—absolutely a must-try! I've sampled a variety of other dishes too, and they've all been solid. It does get quite busy on certain nights, but honestly, there’s nothing negative to say about this place!

I hope my dear father will forgive me, but I have to say that the Hatch Cover Burger is the best burger I've ever tasted! The staff are attentive and friendly, making it a fantastic spot to watch a game. They even went out of their way to change the channel so we could cheer on our San Francisco Giants. It's truly a wonderful place!

This place is my favorite. Chill, delicious food, good price on drinks. The burgers are some of the best I ever had.
