Chili's Grill Bar - Colorado Springs

The staff here are incredibly friendly. Our food arrived quickly and was prepared to everyone's satisfaction. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and relaxing, with perfectly balanced lighting. The menu offered a fantastic variety of choices—I found myself wanting to try a little bit of everything. The ribs and loaded mashed potatoes were outstanding, and I highly recommend them. If you're looking for a meal, you definitely won't regret it; every moment and every bite will be enjoyable!

I arrived at Chili's and had to drive around for a while until a parking spot became available. Once I found a spot, I checked in and was there within the allotted time, yet still had to wait for some time. Eventually, I decided to go inside, and I noticed I wasn't the only one doing this. The poor server was struggling to get the orders out in a timely manner. My main issue wasn’t the wait itself, but rather that my burger was overcooked and served cold. The fries were also cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, it was quite disappointing. If you can't manage curbside service effectively, perhaps you shouldn't offer it at all.

I called to request a remake of our meal, as they would have done had we dined in. Instead, they offered credit coupons for a future visit, which I found unappealing. Why would I want to return after such a poor experience? The food looked unappetizing, to the point that my kids couldn't even eat their quesadilla (which, by the way, contained brisket). The so-called hamburger resembled a burnt hockey puck and tasted just as bad. When I expressed our need to eat that evening, the manager (whose name starts with a 'J') simply apologized and said there was nothing more he could do. This kind of poor customer service and rudeness, coupled with bad food, is unacceptable. If you want a decent meal, I strongly advise against ordering here. Oh, and we were charged for extras that weren’t even included in our order!

We had the best waiter he was very attentive. our food was super boiled to order and the drinks even better, as our waiter recommended.

Excellent customer service and delicious lunch! this is my first visit to colorado springs and this chili location. After I arrived at my hotel, I immediately discovered chili on the street and knew exactly where I would go to lunch. due to my lasting care with covid 19, I rarely, if ever, in. takeout is now my preferred dining option. as I have experienced with every visited location of chili, each is very efficient and competent that provides guidance. fortunately, today I had a pleasant experience. the server and staff are very friendly and welcoming. my order was quickly and properly prepared. one of my new search and obsessions is the honey chipotle chicken crispers! of course I ordered them again today. delicious! always perfectly prepared. two sides are served with the crispers, I had riddled and by the side. the building and parking area was clean and well maintained. the dining room and the take-out area immaculate. I was totally impressed by this chili location and very happy with my excellent lunch!
