Arby's #7617 - Colorado Springs

I like arby's 9 pieces premium nuggets with their honey and a cherry sales on the side. good witness. faster and friendly service. not complaining.

This evening stopped to pick up a Doordash order and felt inclined to share the wonderful experience I had with the personal. had no name, but I think he's the manager, and he made mine at night. a nice, funny and friendly person and I can't express how much I appreciate his energy. that is the kind of person for whom someone wants to work and will keep the customers back to this particular place. hopefully arby will hold this person with everything they have. I hope you see that, man. sincere, playboy hemd

Much too much brot that was not super fresh on single sandwich. we had to wait one because they had no dessert at the same time, instead of giving us food and dessert to bring out when done, we waited! manager very enthusiastic, but very loud! I will leave arbys from my list for quite ahile.

A pity that the company has spent so much money to renovate this location. I just went around 7:40 and stood in the lobby for 5 minutes without seeing another person in the load. No one greeted me or took my order and I went to the end and went somewhere else. they could reassess their personal.

I was joking with the drive through guy. Some good back and forth. I pulled up and the manager told me that they wouldn't be serving me because I was rude to her employees. I waited a solid 15 seconds for her to say sike. She kept avoiding eye contact so I just drove off. Guess the boys aren't allowed to have fun.Beyond that the food is inconsistently good. I'll probably be back because I enjoy the dog food that is Arby's and it's the most convenient location for me.
