Arby's #5477 - Colorado Springs

The intention to drive thru and order was correct, but every single bit out was cold. not even warm......kalter cheese on sandwich was not melted. curly pommes were cold and hard. it was only midday. the food must have been brought before it hours. for the price we pay....it should be gourmet or at least...hot I will never eat here again.

Eating was good, but it was freezing. So I would highly recommend to wear pants and jacket when it tastes inside! the personal was friendly.

Arby’s today, was my place for a quick eating. I'm going to be hungry again and you know. it's been so long since my last visit. I couldn't believe all the additional menu options. looks like a return to the future.

I wanted to get a warm sandwich and a soft drink, maybe even a milkshake, but they (the workers.) probably not the manager, but maybe and I would imagine most definitely not the owner who worked) the lobby closed early. so frickin frustrating! I visit and stay in a motel near (to the foot) and wanted to grab a quick late-end interior without going very far (safety concerns) (again I visited, therefore I was not mobile) I tried to open the doors to the lobby it was 8:47 p.m and the sign at the doorsteps close them by 9:00 clock with the car break open to 10:00. that is frustrating, they lock the doors early, because I can only accept because they are in a hurry and are ready to close. not my problem. So I could just get food, would be by the car ride and I don't have a car. but something happy not to have a car and have to go through the drive thru because if they are in a hurry to close the lobby early, more than likely the service and the quality of the food by the drive thru would have been most likely, I say to par. from this reason I gave them only one star and that is because zero stars were no option!

This location was very fast in service. The customer service was awesome. However, when I got home and started eating my fries the was a long blond hair in my food. I have braids and I’m black. I attempted to call however it continued to ring and an automated system picked up stating they were busy helping other customers and no message was able to be left. This is the only reason why I am giving 2 stars or they would have received great reviews from me.
