Red Lobster - Colonial Heights

I absolutely love the lobster here! I really wish they would bring back the $5 lunch specials.

I took my husband there to celebrate his birthday, but it was disappointing. His baked potato was cold, and my meal was only lukewarm. The manager offered a discount, but I felt like he was skeptical about my concerns. He definitely needs to improve his customer service skills. The place could also use a good dusting. Overall, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, with quick seating and warm greetings from nearly every staff member. Our food arrived promptly, and our waiter, Zach, was outstanding. I must have been sitting directly under a vent, as I found my spot to be quite cool while my date felt comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, despite the negative reviews I had read.
