I went to this bakery for my wedding based on the advice of a friend in the bridal business. They just opened this month and I had no expectations. I was blown away! I had a long list of unusual requests, and they accepted everyone with smiles. They made me a fruitcake for the rehearsal dinner, a five-stage wedding cake and a two-stage besencake. They allowed the groom to design the tar, which was so tasty and attractive the guests preferred it over chocolate cake. They made each layer of the wedding cake a different taste with another custom filling, without additional fee. They made a Swiss Meringue Buttercream with a Mock fondant finish, with hours of custom pipeline, with another design for each layer. They worked with the florist for hours along with the cakes together on site with hundreds of flowers between each layer. The groom cake was prepared on its request from two MY recipes. They made hand-painted custom artworks based on a Belfry in Ghent. Besides being visually stunning and incredibly tasty, all this custom work costs HALF OR LESS from what I could find anywhere else for less detailed work. I had to demand that they increase the price, as they did so much extra work.

Hummingbird cake was unbelievable;however, it is expensive but worth it!!!!

I have placed numerous orders with Cakes and Moore Bakery and everything has been delicious. Not only is the food great but the customer service has been amazing! Recently we found out that my son was allergic to egg and dairy and had a birthday party to attend that weekend. I was dreading the party because my 3 year old would not be able to have any cake and lets face it, telling a 3 year old that he couldn 't have something when the other kids were was not going to go over very well. I called Ashley and she made him some very yummy cupcakes that were perfect for his dietary restrictions. Thank you ladies!

I ordered a Key Lime cake with Key Lime Pie filling and whipped cream frosting for my son's birthday. The cake looked beautiful and tasted just like Key Lime Pie. My son loved it and said it was the best cake he had ever had.
